Dispatch

We work with experienced and reliable logistics service providers, who all strive to deliver every order to you as quickly as possible.
As a result, you are always assured of fast and correct delivery. We aim to deliver your order the next day. 

Delivery costs: we currently charge a delivery fee.
Furthermore, we do not charge any payment fees for e.g. Ideal, Creditcard or PayPal. Your cost is only the cost of the item(s) of your choice and any delivery charges.

At the time of dispatch, we will send you a Track & Trace code so that the shipment can be tracked.

In principle, the shipment will be delivered to your specified address. If necessary, the parcel can be offered to your neighbours. Depending on the carrier, the parcel can also be delivered to a collection point. The carrier will leave a notification with you so that you know what the next step will be.
